Caught the Crafting bug :D

So all day yesterday i spent time [well afternoon til end] making kawaii pouches. At first i was going to make plush, BUUUUUT i didnt have any stuffing lol
sooooo i decided to put the design i first did [totoro] on a pouch and sew it all up :D
then i decided to do a few other ideas [pikachu and flan] THEN i did another [baby kuromi] lol

The baby kuromi, as you can see, is unfinished lol but im ready to do more ideas
if i set a week [or some 5 days] i can do 4 a day leaving me with 20 designs, then if i do 5 of each design ill have 100 pouches ready for sale ^_^
i have enough cutouts for one more totoro, and 3 more pikachu....SO I BETTER GET DOWN TO BUSINESS lol

Recent Ebay Purchases ^_^

So i have been buying up a few items on ebay that i thought were just too cute to pass up

Decora Decora DECORA!!!

Hi Girls, Gals, Guys, Owls, whoever reads what goes on in my mind ^_^
Time to chit chat about Decora Fashion [mixed in with Harajuku decora, and whatever else i tend to ramble on about in this post]
The photo above is of me [taken with my camera phone], and my harajuku raver/decora outfit for an anime convention held where i live ^_^. To my surprise it was very popular O_o. As in alot of people wanted to take my photo lol. I think that i love this fashion because all of the freedom you get to have with your outfit, all the colors you can put together, and the youthfulness of it all.
I understand some people think its just jumping in your closet with your eyes closed and sticking everything on at once, but it definitely is NOT that way. The outfit has a flow to it, not tacky.
This next image is a better view of the outfit i wore.

I wore:
- a simple "gothic" black dress that had tulle at the bottom and a cross ribbon on the front.
- A leopard print red jacket that i cut the sleeves off of.
- Blue fishnet tights
- 3 layered knee high socks
- High Top, Red Plaid Converse
- Bunches of Kandi [i think i had 50 all together]

KIGURUMI MADNESS!!!!

If you are a cosplayer and love the look of Kigurumi's then this is for you! I myself own a Kuromi Kigurumi that can be seen in this photo

This was just my first kigurumi, i plan on purchasing many more because of how comfy and adorable they are!
The ones i want most are: Pikachu, Dinosaur, Piplup, Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma, and Kappa for now. The next one i get will be Pikachu.
They are a bit on the pricey side BUT it is alot of fabric so you must take that into consideration.

I decided i should do a blog about Kawaii Treasures i found while searching the web during this Weekend ^_^ This will be a blog about the website of my choice and talk about some of my favorite items from the shop.
Photos and links will be provided, so that you may find the items you like best yourself :)
I will also give a mini review of my experience with the specific shop
First we'll start off with a few favorited items from Rainbowcatz's Etsy shop

1. First is this Japan Kamio Awa Awa Chan Scrapbooking Kit. I love the character Awa Awa chan to begin with so loving this set is a given.
It includes:
- 1 mechanical pencil
- 1 eraser
- 1 glue
- 1 scissors
- 1 clip
- 1 memo pad
- 1 hard cardboard gift box
If your a scrapbooker or would just think that this would be a great add to your kawaii collection than its definitely something you'd want to purchase

2. Next are a few of my favorite sticker sheets. Both are from the Q-lia brand and both are either puffy or 3D so its more fun than a regular flat sticker. These have both been very popular from what i've seen ^_^ Stickers can be used to decorate just about anything. She has many other sticker sheets and sacks but these two were my favorite [i do own both in my own collection]

3. Next are kawaii post it notes. I dunno if you're like me but i LOVE post its. Actually i just love paper in general lol. But beyond that, the two of my favorite from her shop include the matryoshka one and the bear/boy one ^_^. I love the look of kawaii matryoshkas so loving that one is a given, but the bear/boy one is too funny and adorable to pass up.

4. Onto another paper product that i love, and that is MEMO PADS! I just cant get enough of those! I have so many mini memo pads i need a bigger storage for them T_T lol. these are my 3 favorite of her selection of mini memo pads. I've had memo sheets from all three and own the 4x5 memo pad of the one at the bottom ^_^

5. Lastly is a set of kawaii eraser/pencil sharpeners. You know how everyone loves kawaii mushrooms!!! and now these are multi-purpose kawaii mushrooms lol they can sharpen your point, or erase your mistakes along with being a cute addition to your desk.

Review: this is a very nice shop, the owner is really nice and its very trustworthy and efficient. The prices arent bad for what your ordering and she even has a point system. So when you purchase and earn points, you could use them to get a discount on a future purchase. I have 1,859 points right now [which equals $2.32] but it adds up. The wait isn't bad either, seeing as she's shipping from Canada. Order for yourself and tell me what you think ^_^

Happy Birthday To Me Part 2/Swap

Oki so i went to check the mail today right,. right

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME ^_^!

Yesterday [May 27th] was my 18th birthday WHOOT WHOOT.
My friend Nikki spent the night from wednesday to today. She gave me her present first lol and ill talk about it more when i put the pics up. My boyfriend Thanh came over and tried to surprise me, but i knew he was going to show up just not when. He rang the doorbell and i ran upstairs cuz i look a mess and nikki opened the door. I came downstairs and he had 5 little colorful balloons and one HUGE happy birthday balloon O_o He also bought me a cloud cake from Mozart Bakery, which i havent had a piece yet but it looks delicious!
Along with those things he had a HUGE birthday bag full of wrapped presents, and i just sat there and unwrapped everything lol.
Also i checked the mail and my rainbow furry legwarmers came in [will give link to wear i got them from, they were only $16 shipped ^_^]
Around 3 nikki and i started to get ready since we were going out to eat. WE WENT TO THE MOST AMAZING SUSHI BAR/JAPANESE RESTAURANT EVER!!! It's called Nomi Nomi....its like if you died and gone to heaven that would be the food. Our waiter said that we didnt even have to leave, we could have stayed til we were hungry again!!! I cannot wait to get back!
